Eddeva Park is a new neighbourhood of 230 homes, overlooking the Gog Magog Hills and open fields just south of Cambridge. At the heart of Eddeva Park is a new community square, designed to provide communal space for residents and visitors alike; the square will also host social and pop-up events.

Eddeva Park stands as one of our flagship developments, intending to create high quality homes that generate a sense of community and identity.
Positioned on the semi-rural edge of Cambridge city, the site overlooks the Gog Magog hills and a surrounding landscape of open fields. Place-making has been at the centre of the design process, with the architectural design being closely developed with the landscape strategy.
Services undertaken
"The appointment of Cognisant Construction Limited as the principal contractor for Phase 2 at Eddeva Park is a milestone moment and the culmination of years of careful planning and consultation. Central to our partnership is a shared goal of generating opportunities that benefit the community beyond the community centre and the 40 per cent affordable housing the site offers, such as apprenticeships and employment for local people. As construction begins, we are looking forward to seeing our vision for a sustainable, high-quality community brought to life."
