The solution
We are acting as Construction Manager for This Land for Malta Road. From an early stage, collaboration has been central to the project's success. Through support of the Section 73 planning process and a comprehensive value engineering exercise, the scheme has been refined to enhance buildability, improve cost efficiency and provide greater programme certainty ahead of construction. The result is a well-considered development that balances design quality with practical delivery, creating a sustainable and attractive residential environment that will contribute positively to the local community.

"The appointment of Cognisant Construction Limited as the principal contractor for Phase 2 at Eddeva Park is a milestone moment and the culmination of years of careful planning and consultation. Central to our partnership is a shared goal of generating opportunities that benefit the community beyond the community centre and the 40 per cent affordable housing the site offers, such as apprenticeships and employment for local people. As construction begins, we are looking forward to seeing our vision for a sustainable, high-quality community brought to life."
